BAKPİ CHICKEN WITH TAHINI

Materials

700 grams of bakpi chicken, ⅓ tea glass of olive oil, 20 shallots, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon of tahini, 2 lemons, 100 grams of almonds

Preparation

Fry the Bakpi chicken, shallot, salt and pepper in olive oil. Make a sauce of tahini and lemon juice and add it to the chicken. Finally, add the almonds and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
